We offer free delivery to all mainland UK addresses (including Northern Ireland) and the following islands: Isle of Sky, Isle of Sheppey, Angelsey, the Isle of Wight, and the Isle of Man.
Delivery outside of the UK is charged at a standard rate of £20.00GBP.
We aim to dispatch your purchase within 5-7 working days from payment date, although custom unit assembly/ dispatch times may be as long as 10 working days.
Please allow longer for extended Bank Holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter.
In the unlikely event that you should experience any problems with your purchase, we offer a twelve month warranty with all of our products. In addition, we are so confident that you will be delighted with your purchase that we offer a fourteen day no-quibble return policy with all of our products. This is dated from dispatch date.

3. Dealing with Faulty Items
Should you suspect a fault with your product, please do as follows:

• Contact us, we may be able to help you solve the problem,
If the problem can't be resolved, don’t worry, if your product develops a fault within the twelve month warranty period, we’ll always offer you a repair, or if this is not possible, a replacement.
4. Exchange/Refund/Upgrade Policy
We offer a no quibble, money back guarantee within 14 days from date of dispatch.
This refund however, excludes overseas postage charges and for customised units, deductions will be made commensurate with the level of customisation.
